Depot travel is billed as a half-hour band based on the further of your two addresses, at the same hourly rate. It is on your quote before you agree to it.
Packing, unpacking, end-of-lease cleaning and premium cover are separate lines you choose. Nothing is bundled in by default.

An hourly rate tells you what an hour costs, not what your move costs — the two are very different once stairs, traffic and an undeclared garage get involved. We take your inventory first, work out the volume, and put a figure against the whole job. You approve that figure before we book anything, and it is what you pay unless you add items or the access turns out to be nothing like what was described.
The truck, the crew, fuel, tolls, blankets, trolleys, straps, shrink wrap, floor runners and doorframe padding, plus dismantling and reassembling beds and flat-pack furniture. Transit protection is included on everything we carry. Packing materials and a packing service are separate line items you can add or leave off.
Two to three weeks for a weekday and three to four for a Saturday. If you are moving on the last weekend of the month — when most leases end — go earlier still, because every removalist in Sydney is booked out then. We do keep capacity aside for short-notice work, so call even if your date is close.

Yes — public liability and transit cover on everything we carry, and we issue certificates of currency for building managers on request, which strata buildings and commercial towers almost always demand before they let a removalist in. If you are moving high-value contents, ask us about additional cover when you book and we will quote it with the job.
Move it free of charge up to 48 hours out, subject to availability on the new date. Inside 48 hours we will always try to reschedule rather than charge you, but a same-day cancellation means a crew and a truck sitting idle, so a fee may apply. We will tell you before it does, not after.
