The whole house, in one run, on one price
Most house moves go wrong for a boring reason: nobody counted the stuff. A crew turns up sized for a two-bedroom, finds a garage full of tools and a shed nobody mentioned, and by 4pm you are watching the meter and doing arithmetic instead of unpacking.
We take the inventory first. You tick off what is actually coming — room by room, down to the wheelbarrow — and that total tells us the truck, the crew and the hours. Then we put a number on it in writing.
On the day, the crew arrives inside a one-hour window with blankets, trolleys, straps, shrink wrap and floor runners already on board. Beds get pulled apart and rebuilt. Mirrors and TVs get wrapped, not "carefully carried". Doorframes get padded before anything heavy goes near them.

Your quote comes off a room-by-room m³ count, not a guess from a phone call. That is why it holds.
Crews sized to the job
Two, three or four movers. We would rather send an extra pair of hands than bill you for a slow day.

Asked all the time
Two to three weeks for a weekday, three to four for a Saturday, and longer if you are moving on the last weekend of the month — that is when most leases end and every removalist in Sydney is stretched. If you are moving sooner than that, call us anyway; we hold capacity back for short-notice jobs.
If the delay is ours — a crew running slow, a truck problem — you pay the quoted figure. If the inventory on the day is materially bigger than what you told us, or access is nothing like what was described, we stop and agree the revision with you before we keep going. You will never discover a change on the invoice.
Empty anything glass, liquid or valuable. Soft clothing can stay in drawers for short local moves, which saves you boxes. Filing cabinets and anything with paper in it must be emptied — paper is far heavier than people expect and it wrecks the drawer runners in transit.
Yes, but tell us when you book, not on the day. Those items need the right crew size and often the right gear, and an upright piano changes how we load the whole truck. A pool table usually needs the slate separated, which is specialist work we arrange in advance.
